Information is among the most vital components of an effective response to mass violence or domestic terrorism. Communications strategies, coordination and plans will augment a community’s ability to manage the information flow regarding the response and available services. Accurate, timely and trauma-informed communications are imperative and require coordination. This webinar will highlight best practices for Communications based on experience responding to mass violence incidents and learned lessons from past incidents.
