Incidents of criminal mass violence or domestic terrorism (CMV/DT) that involve students, faculty, and/or staff have significant impacts on the campus community whether or not the incident takes place on grounds of the Higher Education Institution (HEI). This two-part webinar will discuss how HEIs can provide support to victims, families, and the wider campus community by effectively linking to larger response structures. Subject matter experts will discuss the unique challenges, resources, and opportunities in planning for and responding to CMV/DT incidents involving HEIs of all sizes and locations.

- Part 2 will provide guidance to help HEIs adequately plan to meet those needs.
